These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and supply of civil engineering lab equipments, concrete testing equipment, and civil lab equipments manufactured and supplied by Maharani Scientific & Engineering Co. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Product & Usage
All civil engineering laboratory equipments, including Compression Testing Machines, Cube Testing Machines, CBR Testing Machines, Cube Moulds, Slump Cones, and related concrete testing equipment, are designed for laboratory and site testing purposes only. Proper installation, operation, and maintenance must be carried out as per provided guidelines.
Warranty
Maharani Scientific & Engineering Co. provides a one (1) year warranty on all civil lab equipments and concrete testing machines against manufacturing defects only, starting from the date of dispatch.
The warranty does not cover:
Transit & Delivery
All civil engineering lab equipments are dispatched at the buyer’s risk.
Maharani Scientific & Engineering Co. shall not be responsible for any breakage, damage, or pilferage during transit, whether transported by road, rail, courier, or third-party logistics.

Liability
The company’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the replacement or repair of defective parts covered under warranty. Under no circumstances shall Maharani Scientific & Engineering Co. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of civil engineering laboratory equipment.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices for civil lab equipments and concrete testing equipment are subject to change without prior notice. All applicable taxes, duties, and freight charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Jurisdiction
All disputes related to civil engineering lab equipments supplied by Maharani Scientific & Engineering Co. shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
